XXXI
Promulgation of the Constitution
256.
(1) The provisions of Chapter I to Chapter XXX shall come into force on the day appointed by the President by Proclamation.
(2) Parliament shall meet on the day so appointed and the President may, in such Proclamation, specify the time at which Parliament shall so meet.
